Campaign offer for Coke ICC Gratification
- By winning the additional data benefits from Coke ICC offer during the ICC world cup, the customer agrees to follow the following terms & conditions for availing the data benefits.
- Coke team reserves the right to define the winner and winners segments. According to winners segment Jio will provide the data voucher of 1 GB, 10GB & 90 GB (Existing 499 plan with Total 90 GB (3 GB/day+6 GB) for 28 days data entitlement).
- The steps to win Coke ICC Gratification are as below:
- Customer buys Coke bottle.
- Scans QR and plays an engagement at Coke website.
- Coke captures customers phone no. and other details.
- Post engagement Coke tells user his gratification – could be 1 GB, 10GB & 90 GB.
- Jio will get this data (number and gratification) from Coke.
- Jio will provide the data benefits to eligible Jio numbers, as applicable.
- Coke team will be first interaction point for any customer’s queries
- Additional 1GB, 10 GB & 90 GB Data Voucher will get reflected in voucher session of “MyJio” on registered Jio mobile number within 48 hrs.
- Voucher needs to be redeemed within 15 days from the date of credit in MyJio Tab. Jio will reserve the right extend the validity, if required.
- The Offer will be open for all Eligible Customers on and from 14th October 2021.
- Additional 1GB, 10 GB & 90 GB Data Voucher is credited only if such registered mobile number has an active Base Plan with a validity period. “Base Plan” shall mean the current subscription plan of RJIL used by the Participant in the process of participating in this Campaign.
- When any applicable Additional 1GB, 10 GB & 90 GB Data Voucher is credited during a Recharge Cycle period (“Recharge Cycle Period” shall mean the validity period of a Base Plan, starting from the date of activation of RJIL SIM, and subsequent periods of active date base plan), the benefits attached to such Voucher shall be limited to that Recharge Cycle period and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that Recharge Cycle period, will expire and be forfeited.
- Additional 1GB, 10 GB & 90 GB Data Voucher(s) is not transferable, nor can it be exchanged nor can it be varied and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made. Company shall not be held liable for the failure of a Participant to utilize their Additional Data Voucher.
- Unused data will be forfeit at the time of main plan expiry. Data rollover option not available.
- RJIL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notice, if so required, in view of business exigencies and/or guidelines/instructions/regulations/directions issued / amended by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or such other statutory agency. The changes in terms and conditions will be available on our website www.jio.com and MyJio app.
