How can I start using JioSaavn? 
Simple! Just head over to ​Google Play Store​ or ​iOS App Store​ and download the app. If you’re a new user, create a free account to get started. If you already have a Saavn or JioMusic account, just log in with the same information as always.
Is JioSaavn still free? 
Yes! It is still free to listen, create playlists, manage your music library, get recommendations, set JioTunes, and so much more.
I currently use Saavn or JioMusic. Will all my playlists and downloads still be here? 
Yes, don’t worry! Your music, playlists, downloads, and even your JioTunes are all safe with us. Get the new JioSaavn app, and log in with the same Saavn or JioMusic account as always. ​If you’re a JioMusic user, make sure you log in while connected to cellular data on your Jio network to be certain we can copy your music.
Are JioTunes still available? 
Yes! All your JioTunes are still here. To set a JioTune, just tap the options button (•••) next to any song and choose “Set JioTune”. Or if you want to set the song you’re currently playing as your JioTune, just open the player and you’ll see a “Set JioTune” button right under the album artwork.
Do I have to pay for using features in JioSaavn? 
If you’re a Jio network user, you will get all of the features of JioSaavn Pro free for the first 90 days! After that, you can always continue listening for free with ads. If you choose to subscribe to JioSaavn Pro, you’ll receive no ads, unlimited downloads, and the ability to listen offline, all with the highest quality audio.
How do I get my 90 day free trial of JioSaavn Pro? 
Easy! First, you must be a Jio network user. Simply log in while connected to cellular data on your Jio network, and your trial will start automatically.
My Playlists are missing in JioSaavn. How do I get them back? 
If you're coming from a JioMusic account, make sure you connect over cellular on the Jio network, and then relaunch the app. Your music will copy automatically. If you’re coming from a Saavn account, you may be logged in to a Jio account instead. Go to Settings > Edit Profile ​​ and add the email, phone, or Facebook account you used to log in to Saavn. We’ll combine your data.
