You can use JioPC either on an existing computer (via a browser) or on your TV (via Jio Set Top Box)

To use JioPC on a browser:

  • A laptop or desktop with a supported web browser.
  • Any broadband or internet connection.
  • An active JioPC subscription

To use JioPC on a Jio Set Top Box:

  • An active Jio Set Top Box connection
  • A TV/Monitor or a screen which can connect to the set top box
  • A keyboard and mouse
  • Jio broadband connection.
  • An active JioPC subscription

Your data is securely stored on enterprise grade cloud storage with disaster recovery. It is built on Zero Trust model for secure access from all networks. Also, no data is kept on the device. Hence device corruption or damage (e.g., STB issues) will not affect your data.
