What is different when I use JioPC on a browser compared to the set-top box?
Your JioPC virtual desktop, your files, your settings and your installed applications are exactly the same on both.
Additionally, pendrive / USB drive access is available when accessing JioPC via the Jio Set-Top Box.
How can I connect my JioPC to internet or Wi-Fi?
You don't have to connect your JioPC separately to internet or Wi-Fi. You only need internet connectivity on your JioFiber/ JioAirFiber set-top-box.
Do I need a keyboard and mouse for JioPC?
If you are using JioPC through the Jio set-top box, you can use your JioPC by installing the JioHome app on your mobile. For best results, it is advisable that you use a dedicated keyboard and mouse.
What happens if I switch off my set-top box while using JioPC on set top box?
Your desktop keeps running for 15 minutes. Log in again within that time and you can carry on where you left off. After 15 minutes, your virtual desktop shuts down and all unsaved work will be lost.
Can I use my JioPC on someone else's set-top box?
On a TV /Screen you can only use your JioPC through your own set-top box.
