To qualify for the free 13th-month recharge, the first recharge had to be done during the offer period, with the next 11 consecutive monthly on-time recharges (of ₹349 or above, 2GB/day & above monthly plans)
If you fulfilled this condition, you will be eligible for the 13th-month free recharge, which will be credited only after the 12th recharge became active.
