I am registered on a network and a Prepaid customer but I am unable to see VoLTE symbol in my device?
There are no additional charges for using VoLTE services in International Roaming (IR). Tariff will be same, irrespective of VoLTE or 2G/3G network mode selection.
  • Ensure you are registered on the applicable partner network
  • Make sure that VoLTE feature is enabled on your device
