Mobile FAQ

What is a Video call?
Video calling service lets you make an HD Voice call combined with real-time video. Making a video call is as simple as making traditional voice call. If the person you are calling can accept a video call, you will see a camera icon. Just select the contact and click on camera icon to initiate a video call. If you are on a voice call, you can click on the camera icon to upgrade to video call. In order to make a video call, both you and the person you are calling must use a VoLTE compatible 4G handset or must have installed the JioCall app. For phones supporting only LTE (including iPhones), JioCall App is required to be able to use Video calling feature. For VoLTE supported iPhones, JioCall is required to make video calls and to receive video calls. Upcoming version of JioCall App would be released soon.
