What should I do if I am getting poor signal on JioNet?
If you are experiencing a weak signal, you may move to a location closer to the Access Point without walls or other obstructions. This is expected to provide a stronger Wi-Fi signal. You may experience poor signal depending on the following factors:
1) Distance from the Wi-Fi Router/ Access Point
2) Direction of the wireless antenna
3) Building architecture and obstructions between your device and the signal source
4) Number of devices connected to the same hotspot
5) Number of walls between your location and the Wi-Fi Router/Access Point
