My mobile is not able to connect to JioPrivateNet, what should I do?
Please ensure:
- You are at a Jio Wi-Fi Hotspot
- Wi-Fi is switched on in your mobile
- Your Jio SIM is inserted into the Slot-1 of a 4G phone through which you trying to access Wi-Fi
- One-time handset configuration is completed. Please refer "how to configure" section.
In case the issue persists, you can call JioCare at 199 from your Jio SIM or 1800 88 99999 from any number.
