My mobile does not connect to JioPrivateNet, what should I do?
Please ensure the following:
  • You are at a Jio Wi-Fi Hotspot
  • Mobile Wi-Fi is switched on/li>
  • Jio SIM is inserted into the Slot-1 of your 4G phone.
  • One-time handset configuration is completed. Please refer ‘how to configure’ section.
In case the issue persists, call JioCare at 199 from your Jio SIM or 1800 88 99999 from any number.
