To deactivate call forwarding on your mobile, you can either go to Settings > Call > Advanced settings > Call forwarding on your handset (please note that the navigation might differ), or dial the following short codes:

1. Call forwarding Unconditional - *402
2. Call forwarding - no answer- *404
3. Call forwarding - busy - *406
4. Call Conditional call forwarding - not reachable- *410
5. All forwarding - *413

You can also deactivate the call forwarding service through the MyJio app by following the steps below:

1. Open the MyJio App and log in with your number
2. Go to Profile > Mobile Settings > Service Settings
3. Select Call Forwarding and tap on Voice or Video, whichever is activated
4. Choose the active call forwarding type and complete SIM verification
5. Tap Disable, then select “Yes, disable” to confirm
