You can activate call forwarding directly from your handset by going to Settings > Call > Advance settings > Call forwarding. Please note that the navigation might differ on different handsets.

You can also activate Call forwarding service from MyJio app by following the steps below:

• Open MyJio and log in using your number.
• Go to Profile > Mobile Settings > Service Settings
• Select Call Forwarding and tap on Voice or Video, depending on which type of call forwarding you want to activate
• Choose the call forwarding type and complete SIM verification
• Enter the 10-digit number to which you want to forward your calls
• Tap on “Continue” to activate call forwarding

Your call forwarding service will be activated immediately.

Note:

• Call forward service is free of cost. However, you need to have an active plan to activate the Call Forward/Divert services.
• Call forward/divert can be done to all mobile and landline numbers (except BSNL numbers, own Jio number, and international numbers).
