I have lost or damaged my Jio SIM. How can I replace or suspend it?
- If you have lost or damaged your Jio SIM, you can visit the SIM Lost Login page to suspend or resume services on your Jio number.
- To get your SIM replaced, please visit the nearest Jio store along with your Aadhaar card or any other valid Proof of Identity (POI).
- A charge of ₹50 will be applicable at the time of SIM replacement.
- Ensure your Jio number has an active recharge plan at the time of SIM replacement.
- SMS services will be unavailable for 24 hours after the SIM change request is processed.
