How can I remove a family member from a family plan?

Follow the steps below to remove a number from your family plan:
  • Step 1: Open the MyJio app
  • Step 2: Tap on ‘Manage Family Plan’ once child accounts are added to the group
  • Step 3: Tap on ‘Remove’ if you wish to remove the child's account
  • Step 4: Tap on the confirmation popup to remove a child account
