When is the bill generated for my service and when is the due date for payment?
Your bill is generated on your assigned bill cycle date. The due date to make your payment depends on your location:
- All states, other than J&K: Payment is due on the 10th day from the bill generation date.
- Jammu & Kashmir (J&K): Payment is due on the 8th day from the bill generation date.
