What will happen to the prepaid mobile plans in queue?
Prepaid plans in queue will continue to give the same benefits that the plan is providing pre-3rd July 2024. Upon expiry of the active plan, the queued plan will get activated with the eligible benefit applicable as on plan recharge date.
Example: If a user recharges with ₹239 unlimited plan that provides 1.5 GB/day data and unlimited 5G data before 3rd July 2024 and this gets activated post 3rd July once the existing plan validity is over, then the user will get 1.5 GB/day data and unlimited 5G data benefit.
