What if I am unable to use data services in another country under Jio Prepaid Packs?
For Android:
You will receive automatic APN Settings through SMS/notification post registering to a foreign network. You will have to install this configuration by clicking the ‘install’ option. If you have not received the SMS, then manually update the APN. Just go to ‘Settings’, select ‘Mobile network’ and tap on ‘Jio SIM’. After that, opt for ‘Access Point Name (APN)’, tap on ‘Add APN’, type ‘Jionet and proceed with ‘Save & Close’.
