How do I get support for In-Flight Roaming or network issues while I am in the flight?
- If you are connected to the In-Flight network and require support:
- WhatsApp Support: Message "Hi" to +91 70188 99999.
- Voice Support: Call our Global Helpline at +91 70188 99999.
Important Note on Usage Charges:
- Voice Calls: Minutes will be deducted from your active In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) Pack voice entitlement.
- WhatsApp: Data used will be deducted from your IFC Pack data entitlement.
