How can I fix issues related to voice services on my JioAirFiber connection?
To fix issues related to voice services on your JioAirFiber connection, you can try any of these 3 simple ways.

Use 'Run Diagnostics' on the MyJio app:
- Open the MyJio app on your mobile.
- Select ‘Home’ from the top menu.
- Tap ‘Run Diagnostics’ on the bottom bar.
- Choose ‘Voice service registration’ and select the ‘Run Diagnostics' tool.
- If any issue is detected, tap ‘Fix now’ to resolve it automatically. With that, the system will automatically verify and activate your voice service if it is inactive.

Activate voice calling via the JioJoin app:
Once the voice service is active, you can start using it directly on your smartphone through the JioJoin app, following these simple steps.
- Connect your phone to JioAirFiber Wi-Fi.
- Install JioJoin from the Play Store or App Store.
- Log in using your JioAirFiber number.
- Complete the verification and setup. After setting up, you can make and receive voice calls, use video calling, and take landline calls directly on your smartphone.

Connect with Jio Customer Support
If diagnostics fail or the setup remains incomplete, you can activate the voice service with assistance from Jio. You can choose any of the following options:
- Call Jio Customer Care
- Use Live Chat in the MyJio app
