How do I connect the Jio Set Top Box over Wi-Fi?

You can connect your Jio Set Top Box to your home Wi-Fi network in a few simple steps. This lets you stream apps, watch live TV, and enjoy entertainment even without an ethernet cable.
Just follow the steps below to connect your Jio Set Top Box over Wi-Fi:
  1. Unplug any ethernet cable if it’s currently connected to your Jio Set Top Box.
  2. On your TV screen, go to Settings, or select the Wi-Fi icon on the home screen.
  3. In the Settings menu, select Network.
  4. Choose the Wi-Fi (SSID) you want your Set Top Box to connect to.
  5. Enter the Wi-Fi password for that SSID.
After the connection is established, you’ll see a 'Successfully Connected' message on your TV screen.
Once connected, your Jio Set Top Box will automatically use this Wi-Fi network for streaming, updates, and smart TV features. Make sure your JioFiber Wi-Fi signal is strong in the room for the best viewing and streaming experience.
If you face connectivity issues, you can restart your router, move the Set Top Box closer to the Wi-Fi source, or manage your Wi-Fi settings through the MyJio app.
