How can I check the internet speed on my Jio Set Top Box?
You can check the internet speed on your Jio Set Top Box using the Jio NetVelocity app, which is pre-installed on the device. NetVelocity gives you accurate details about your download speed, upload speed, network quality, and overall connection performance on your JioFiber network.

Just follow these steps to check your internet speed:
- On your Jio Set Top Box, go to Settings.
- Select Applications.
- Open Jio NetVelocity.
- Tap Start Test to measure your current download and upload speeds.

The app will show you:
- Real-time internet speed
- Network strength and stability
- Latency (Ping)
- Wi-Fi or LAN performance based on your connection type
If the speed appears lower than expected, you can restart your router, switch between Wi-Fi and LAN, or use the Run Diagnostics feature in the MyJio app for a more detailed health check.
