JioFiberVoice FAQ

JioFiberVoice is a digital voice and video calling service that comes with your JioFiber connection. It works through the JioFiber Home Gateway (router) and gives you a dedicated 10-digit JioFiberVoice number for calling across India.

With JioFiberVoice, you can make crystal-clear voice calls, HD video calls, and enjoy a reliable landline experience without needing a separate telephone connection.

The service can be used on:

• One landline phone, connected to your Jio Home Gateway
• Up to six smartphones through the JioJoin app
• Jio Set Top Boxes, for TV-to-TV and TV-to-mobile video calling

Once activated, you get unlimited calling benefits and can use your JioFiberVoice number from multiple devices at home. Your mobile and TV devices work as extensions of your landline, giving you a full digital home calling experience.

JioFiberVoice activation is quick and can be done through the MyJio app during JioFiber setup or anytime later.
