JioFiberVoice FAQ

I don’t want to receive incoming calls on my smartphone through my JioFiberVoice number while connected to the JioFiber router. How can I disable this?

If you don’t want your smartphone to ring for incoming calls on your JioFiberVoice number, you can simply turn off the service on your JioJoin app. This stops call forwarding to your mobile while keeping your landline or other devices active.

Just follow these steps to disable JioFiberVoice on your smartphone:
  1. Open the JioJoin app on your mobile.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Disable your JioFiberVoice service.
Once disabled, your smartphone will no longer receive incoming calls linked to your JioFiberVoice number.
You can re-enable the service anytime by going back to the same settings and turning it on again. This gives you full control over which devices should ring inside your home.
If you use multiple smartphones with JioJoin, you can manage each device separately — meaning you can disable calls on one mobile while keeping them active on others.
