You can easily activate or deactivate Do Not Disturb (DND) on your JioFiberVoice number using any of the methods below. DND helps you block unwanted marketing calls and ensures you receive only the communication you prefer.

Ways to manage DND on your JioFiberVoice number:

1. Call 1909 Call 1909 from your JioFiberVoice landline number.
   • Follow the IVR instructions to activate or deactivate DND.
   • You can choose full DND or select specific categories to block.
2. Contact Jio Customer Care You can call Jio Customer Care from your JioFiberVoice number and request activation or deactivation of DND.
   • The executive will process your request instantly.
   • You will receive an SMS confirmation on your registered mobile number.
3. Use MyJio or Jio.com Log in to MyJio app or Jio.com using your JioFiber account.
   • Go to Settings or the Profile/Preferences section.
   • Update your DND preferences as needed.
   • The changes will reflect within a few hours.

• DND is a free service available to all JioFiberVoice users.
• Once activated, DND preferences usually take up to 24 hours to get fully implemented.
• You can modify your categories anytime if you wish to allow or block specific types of calls.
• You will continue receiving important service, billing and transaction-related messages from Jio.
