How can i deregister my smartphone device from a JioFiberVoice number?
If you want to stop using your mobile device to make/receive calls of your Fixed Voice Number, you can deregister your device from the JioFiberVoice number through a few simple steps.
- Ensure your phone is connected to the JioFiber ONT through Wi-Fi.
- In the JioJoin app, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Manage Fixed Networks’
- Select the JioFiber Voice Number and Remove
- A pop-up appears to confirm that your device has been deregistered with the JioFiberVoice number.
