How can I check if my JioFiberVoice service is active?
To check the status of your JioFiber Voice service, log in to MyJio App and follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Open MyJio app
  • Step 2: Select ‘Fiber’ tab
  • Step 3: Scroll down to Help & Support
  • Step 4: Select ‘Run Diagnostics’
  • Step 5: Select ‘Voice service activation’ and click on Run Diagnostics button

Note: If you see a message ‘No issues Found’ it means that your JioFiber Voice Service are active, else If there are any issues detected, you can click on ‘Fix now’ to troubleshoot and resolve
