How to block or unblock devices connected to my JioFiber Wi-Fi Router?
To manage users on your account through the MyJio App:
  • Log in to MyJio App using your JioFiber Registered Mobile Number or Fixed Line Number using OTP
  • Tap on “Menu” and Select ‘Settings’, then ‘Device Settings’ and after that, choose ‘My Device’ (Wait for a few seconds until JioFiber Router details appear.)
  • Scroll down to Connected Devices and Tap on ‘Block’ to block the device from using Internet.
  • To unblock, navigate to the “Connected Devices” option, scroll down to view the list of Blocked Devices.Tap on the Lock icon against the blocked device and tap on “Unblock Device”.

Note – This feature of blocking and unblocking device is currently not available for JioAirFiber customers
