Device FAQ

You can block or unblock the connected devices to your JioHome Wi-Fi Router easily using the following steps:

If you are a JioFiber user:

1. Go to the MyJio app and tap on 'Home'
2. Tap on 'My Device' in the footer menu
3. Scroll down to 'Wi-Fi Settings' and tap on 'Connected Devices'
4. Tap on the three dots against the device name that you wish to block
5. Tap on 'Block Device' and tap on 'Block'
6. To unblock, go to 'Blocked Devices' and tap on the 'Lock' icon
7. Tap 'Unblock Device'

If you are a JioAirFiber user:

1. Download the JioHome app (https://www.jio.com/apps/jiohome)
2. Log in using your JioFiber Registered Mobile Number and OTP
3. Tap on 'Network' and tap on 'Devices'
4. Tap on 'All' and select the device that you want to block
5. Switch on 'Block Internet' using the toggle button to block the device
6. To unblock, switch off 'Block Device' using the toggle button

If you experience any difficulty while blocking or unblocking devices, please try rebooting your JioHome Router. We also recommend updating your Wi-Fi username and password periodically to help prevent unknown devices from accessing your Wi-Fi Network.
