How can I block or unblock devices connected to my JioFiber Wi-Fi Router?
You can block or unblock the connected devices to your JioHome Wi-Fi Router easily using the following steps:
If you are a JioFiber user:
- Go to the MyJio app and tap on 'Home'
- Tap on 'My Device' in the footer menu
- Scroll down to 'Wi-Fi Settings' and tap on 'Connected Devices'
- Tap on the three dots against the device name that you wish to block
- Tap on 'Block Device' and tap on 'Block'
- To unblock, go to 'Blocked Devices' and tap on the 'Lock' icon
- Tap 'Unblock Device'
If you are a JioAirFiber user:
- Download the JioHome app (https://www.jio.com/apps/jiohome)
- Log in using your JioFiber Registered Mobile Number and OTP
- Tap on 'Network' and tap on 'Devices'
- Tap on 'All' and select the device that you want to block
- Switch on 'Block Internet' using the toggle button to block the device
- To unblock, switch off 'Block Device' using the toggle button
If you experience any difficulty while blocking or unblocking devices, please try rebooting your JioHome Router. We also recommend updating your Wi-Fi username and password periodically to help prevent unknown devices from accessing your Wi-Fi Network.
