Do I need to be connected to the internet to use JioGames?
- On your Jio Set Top Box: Yes, an active JioFiber internet connection is required to access JioGames on your Jio Set Top Box. Once logged in, you can access the app anytime.
- On your smartphone: Yes, an active internet connection is required to play instant HTML5 games within the JioGames app, regardless of whether you're using a Jio or non-Jio connection.
- On your JioPhone: Yes, your JioPhone needs to be connected to the internet through an active 4G data plan on your Jio SIM or through a high-speed Wi-Fi network like the JioFiber connection to access the JioGames app.
