JioAICloud FAQ

If you have a Jio account, you do not need to create a separate account for the JioAICloud cloud storage app. The login credentials you use to sign in to MyJio will also be used to sign in to the JioAICloud app.
To start using this cloud storage app, follow these simple steps:

• Download the JioAICloud app from Play Store or App Store.
• You can also log in to JioAICloud from our website https://www.jioaicloud.com/.
• Enter your Jio User ID and Password to log in.
• Once the JioAICloud login is complete, you can start uploading and syncing files to use the cloud storage service on the JioAICloud app.
