JioDive FAQ

I am not able to installing the JioImmerse app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
If you are unable to install the JioImmerse app, please follow the following steps:
  • Check if your phone is compatible with JioDive
  • If compatible, then please check if your phone has sufficient storage
    (We recommended maintaining 1 GB or more free space in your phone for an optimal and seamless experience.)
  • Restart the phone and then check if you’re able to install it
  • Check if the app is available in your country or region on Google Play Store or Apple App Store (if not in India)
