I am not able to installing the JioImmerse app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
If you are unable to install the JioImmerse app, please follow the following steps:
- Check if your phone is compatible with JioDive
- If compatible, then please check if your phone has sufficient storage
(We recommended maintaining 1 GB or more free space in your phone for an optimal and seamless experience.) - Restart the phone and then check if you’re able to install it
- Check if the app is available in your country or region on Google Play Store or Apple App Store (if not in India)
