To access Antivirus data, two prerequisites must be met:

  1. i. CSPs and subscriptions must be onboarded to Jio.
  2. ii. User must have a SecOps profile with access to the Antivirus module.
  3. iii. The assigned project must include relevant subscriptions (check under ‘Settings’ >‘Projects’).
  4. iv. For access issues, contact your Organisation/Platform Administrator.
Go to the CISO Dashboard > Inventory Dashboard to view project/application hierarchy.
Go to “My Profile” > check “Organisation Hierarchy” and “My Project” sections.
Under the License Status card in the CISO Dashboard.
The CISO Dashboard updates results every hour (view in the Assessment Dashboard).
It offers Antivirus scan scores, inventory summaries, and access to Agent and Assessment Dashboards.
Agent availability, signature aging, scan status, and endpoint health.
Endpoint threat detections, scan status, asset health, and hourly detection data.
A compliance percentage based on control outliers vs total controls across tenants.
Data on HCMP inventory, exclusions, assets without AV, scan summaries, and breakdowns by tech, provider, application, and project.
