What You Get

Still have questions?

Only applications enrolled in DR can be monitored for Replication Lag.
You can use the DR-Build option to create assets at the DR site - this automatically deploys the target asset using the same technology as the source asset. Alternatively, if assets already exist at the DR location, you can onboard them to CloudXP by using the tagging feature in Resource Management. Define tagging rules from Settings in the public portal to place assets under the appropriate hierarchy.
No. When the build journey is used, the DRaaS system automatically enables replication at the database and volume level—no manual action is required.
Charged are based on the SKU assigned to each target asset during provisioning. The overall cost depends on the specific configuration of each asset in your DR setup. Additionally, replication is billed per instance of replication, tracked as a logical resource within the CMDB.
The process for DB Replication in different subscriptions requires:
  • Two VMs with database technology in two different subscriptions.
  • An agent should be installed in both the VMs.
  • Ports of the VMs should be open as both the VMS are in different networks/subnets.
  • Master/Slave mapping.
  • Prometheus gateway configuration.
No changes are made to the source VM by the DRaaS system. It’s the user's responsibility to apply any technology-specific configurations on the source side as needed.
