TERMS AND CONDITION OF “JioFi 1999 Offer”
 

Definitions

  • “Eligible Customer” shall mean a person who (i) purchases the Product on or after March 1st 2018; and (ii) activates RJIL prepaid services on or after March 1st 2018; and (iii) is enrolled as a “Jio Prime” member.
  • “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 1st March 2018 and 31st Dec 2018 (both days inclusive).
  • “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Customer under this Offer as shown herein-below.
  • “Offer” shall mean this “JioFi 1999 Offer”.
  • “Offer Period” shall start on and from 1st March, 2018.
  • “Product” shall mean a JioFi device bearing model number M2 & JMR540 only.
  • “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Customer for availing RJIL prepaid services.
  • “Recharge Cycles” shall mean validity period of 28 Days as per the RJIL prepaid tariff plans.
  • “Reliance Digital Store” shall mean retail outlets of RRL such as ‘Reliance Digital’ and ‘DX Mini’/ ‘MyJio stores’.
  • “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited and its affiliates.
  • “RJIL” or “Jio” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
  • “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.
The Offer and the benefits thereunder shall be made available by RRL to the Eligible Customer.
Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)
  • The Eligible Customer, during the subsistence of the Offer, may avail the Offer subject to the Eligible Customer following the steps listed herein below:
    • Subscribe to RJIL prepaid services by obtaining a RJIL SIM card, subject to completion of necessary CAF/ eKYC formalities;
    • Activate the RJIL SIM and choose to avail one of the following mentioned options:
      • Option 1: Jio Prime membership + 1.5GB data/day worth Rs. 149/- for 8 Recharge Cycles;
      • Option 2: Jio Prime membership + 2GB data/day worth Rs. 198/- for 6 Recharge Cycles.
      • Option 3: Jio Prime membership + 3GB data/day worth Rs. 299/- for 4 Recharge Cycles.
Terms and Conditions of the Offer (“T&C”)
  • The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Customers on and from 1st March, 2018.
  • The T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms and conditions of the Jio Prime membership plan and the CAF.
  • The Offer is applicable under prepaid services of RJIL only.
  • The Product purchased by the Eligible Customer pursuant to this Offer is not returnable under any circumstances, subject to the warranty terms applicable for the Product.
  • This Offer can't be clubbed with any other offer. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
  • All standard terms & conditions of www.jio.com apply to this Offer over and above the terms and condition of this Offer.
  • RRL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw or modify this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation. However, the Offer Benefits accrued to the Eligible Customer on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal or modification of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
  • In no event shall RRL/RJIL or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
  • The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
  • This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
  • The Eligible Customer hereby authorizes RJIL/RRL to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number etc. and share with its partners so as to enable them to avail the Offer. Personal information of the Eligible Customer will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIL’s Privacy Policy which is available at jio.com or RRL’s privacy policy at https://relianceretail.com/privacy-policy.html.
  • To get a new RJIL SIM, kindly visit nearest Jio Store, Reliance Digital or Jio retailer. To locate nearest RJIL Store, visit https://www.jio.com/Jio/portal/storeLocator.

  • The announcement of this Offer does not assure the availability of the Product or RJIL SIM and RRL, in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
  • Products purchased under the said Offer will be governed by the limited warranty conditions provided with the Product.
  • If the Eligible Customer violates any of the applicable laws, TRAI regulations or guidelines, undertakes any abuse, illegal or unethical use of RJIL services, it will entitle RJIL to immediately suspend the services.
  • If the Eligible Customer ports the RJIL SIM number then this Offer shall automatically stand terminated for the balance period.
  • Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
  • Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by RJIL/RRL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  • Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only.
  • Eligible Customer agrees that he/she has read, understood and voluntarily agrees to the T&C mentioned and stated herein.
