Can I get a Jio eSIM for my corporate postpaid number?
Yes, you can get a Jio eSIM for your corporate postpaid number. All you need to do is follow these simple steps.
- Open the MyJio app, search for 'eSIM' in the search bar and then select the 'Switch to eSIM' option.
- Confirm your email address and proceed. Then, enter the EID of the device where you want to activate the eSIM.
- Authenticate your request by entering the OTP sent to your Jio number to initiate the eSIM request.
Once the eSIM request has been initiated, there will be a 2-hour cooling period to process your request. During this time, you can continue using the existing services on your Jio number.
After the cooling period is completed, you will receive an IVR call for confirmation of your eSIM request. Following the prompts, give your confirmation on the call and complete the request.
You'll receive an eSIM profile notification on your device or an eSIM profile QR code via email from notification@jio.com at your email ID. Simply follow the instructions to install the eSIM on your device. You can also refer to the step-by-step process guide for more details.
With that, you can start using your Jio number on the device you had requested for Jio eSIM.
