PostPaid Plus Plans FAQ

Unlike a Prepaid connection where you have to pay upfront, JioPlus enables you to enjoy all services and pay the bill at the end of the month. Additionally, a host of services, including international roaming, come pre-activated with JioPlus plans.

To offer this seamless postpaid experience, the requirement and the exact amount of the Security Deposit depend entirely on your CIBIL score. If you have a good CIBIL score, the Security Deposit may be completely waived off.

• Any Security Deposit paid at the time of opting for or changing a Postpaid plan is fully refundable.
• An activation fee of Rs. 99 will be charged for every new number, regardless of whether a Security Deposit is applicable or not.
