The remote control of my JioAirFiber Set Top Box is not working. How can I fix it?

If your JioAirFiber Set Top Box (STB) remote is not responding, you can quickly check and fix the issue using the Run Diagnostics feature in the MyJio app.

This tool helps you verify remote pairing, battery status, button response, and overall connectivity with your STB.

Just follow the steps below:
  1. Open the MyJio app on your mobile
  2. Select ‘Fiber’ from the top menu
  3. Go to ‘JioCare’ from the bottom bar
  4. Select ‘Run Diagnostics’
  5. The app will automatically scan your JioRemote for pairing, signal strength, and battery status.
  6. If any issues are found, tap 'Fix Now' to resolve them instantly.

  • Whether your remote is properly paired with your STB
  • Battery level and replacement alerts
