My JioAirFiber Set Top Box is not working. How can I fix it?

If your JioAirFiber Set Top Box (STB) is not working, you can quickly find the issue and fix it using the Run Diagnostics feature in the MyJio app.

This tool checks all key parameters of your STB, including connectivity status, video resolution, software health, and RAM/ROM usage and helps you resolve problems instantly.
Just follow the steps below:
  • Open the MyJio app on your mobile
  • Select ‘Home’ from the top menu
  • Tap ‘JioCare’ on the bottom bar and open ‘Run Diagnostics’
  • If any issue is detected, tap on ‘Fix now’ to resolve it automatically.
