How can I track the JioAirFiber engineer’s location?
You can easily check the status of your Service Request once created. You can also track the engineer’s location once the engineer starts the journey to visit your premises. Please follow the steps below:
  • Step 1: Open the MyJio app on your mobile
  • Step 2: Select ‘Fiber’ from the top menu
  • Step 3: Scroll down to ‘Help & Support’
  • Step 4: Select ‘Track request’
  • Step 5: Select ‘View more’ to check the status of your service request
  • Step 6: Select ‘Track engineer’ to track the engineer’s location on a map or select ‘Call engineer’ to connect with the engineer.
