How can I track the Jio Fiber engineer’s location?
You can easily check the status of your Service Request once created and track any engineer once they start the journey to visit your premise.
- Step 1: Open MyJio app
- Step 2: Select ‘Fiber’ tab
- Step 3: Scroll down to Help & Support
- Step 4: Select ‘Track Request’
- Step 5: Select ‘View More’ to check the status of your service request
- Step 6: Select ‘Track Engineer’ to track the engineer’s location on map or select ‘Call Engineer’ to connect with the engineer
