You can track the JioFiber engineer’s live location in the MyJio app as soon as the engineer starts travelling to your home. Once your Service Request is created, Jio shows you every update, from ticket creation to engineer arrival, in one place.

Tracking helps you:

• See when the engineer is on the way
• View their real-time map location
• Plan your time better
• Call the engineer directly if needed

How to track your JioFiber engineer in the MyJio app:

• Open MyJio and tap the 'Home' tab.
• Go to the JioCare section from the bottom bar.
• Tap 'Track Service Request'.
• Select 'View More' to see full details of your Service Request.
• Tap 'Track Engineer' to see the engineer’s live map location, or choose 'Call Engineer' to connect with them.
