How can I raise a JioFiber internet complaint?
You can raise a complaint for your JioFiber internet connection directly through the MyJio app by running diagnostics. This feature helps identify connectivity issues and lets you raise a Service Request for a field engineer visit if needed.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open the MyJio app.
- Select the 'Home' tab from the top menu.
- Tap 'JioCare' on the bottom bar to open the Run Diagnostics option.
- Select 'Run Diagnostics'.
- If any issue is detected that cannot be resolved automatically, tap 'Raise a Service Request'.
- Select your preferred date and available time slot for an engineer visit, then tap 'Proceed'.
- Finally, tap 'Done' to confirm your request.
You can follow these steps in the app or simply click here to check and fix your JioFiber connection.
