How can I raise a JioAirFiber internet complaint?

You can raise a service request for your JioAirFiber internet directly through the ‘Run Diagnostics’ feature in the MyJio app. This tool helps identify connection issues and allows you to request a Field Engineer visit to get them resolved quickly.
Here’s how to do it:
  • Open the MyJio app on your mobile.
  • Select 'Home' from the top menu.
  • Tap on 'JioCare' from the bottom bar and go to 'Run Diagnostics'.
  • Select a feature and tap the 'Run Diagnostics' button.
  • If any issue is detected that cannot be fixed automatically, tap 'Raise a Service Request'.
  • Choose your preferred date and available time slot for the engineer visit and tap 'Proceed'.
  • Tap 'Done' to confirm your request.
