Run Diagnostics FAQ
How can I fix low Wi-Fi coverage in my home?
You can quickly check and fix low Wi-Fi coverage in your home using the Run Diagnostics feature in the MyJio app.
This tool scans your JioFiber network, checks Wi-Fi strength in every corner of your home, and identifies issues like weak signal, device overload, or poor router placement. If a problem is detected, MyJio gives you instant solutions.
-
The Wi-Fi coverage scan helps you:
- Check if your router signal reaches all rooms
- See if too many devices are connected at once
- Improve your internet speed and stability
- Fix common issues without needing an engineer visit
-
Here are the steps to fix low Wi-Fi coverage using MyJio:
- Open the MyJio app on your mobile.
- Select 'Home' from the top menu.
- Tap JioCare at the bottom and choose Run Diagnostics.
- If any issue is detected, tap 'Fix now' to apply the recommended solution or raise a Service Request if required.
You can also restart your router, reduce physical obstructions, or ensure the router is placed in a central location for better indoor coverage.
If you're using JioAirFiber, you can also check and fix your JioAirFiber service through the same diagnostic flow in the MyJio app.
