My internet is not working; how can I fix it using Run Diagnostics?

If your internet is not working or you are getting errors like 'unable to detect SIM card', you can use Run Diagnostics in the MyJio app to identify and fix most issues on your own. This tool helps you diagnose problems related to internet connectivity inside your home, router connection, router health status, and any existing network outage
Here’s how to use Run Diagnostics:
  • Open the MyJio app.
  • Select the ‘Home’ tab from the top menu.
  • Tap on ‘JioCare’ at the bottom bar to open the 'Run Diagnostics' section.
  • Tap 'Run Diagnostics's.
If any issues are detected, tap 'Fix Now' and follow the on-screen steps. You can follow these steps in the MyJio app or simply Click here to check and fix your JioFiber connection.
