How can I fix internet issues using Run Diagnostics?
Run Diagnostics feature will help you analyze the health status of your JioFiber connection and provide you with simple troubleshooting steps to resolve issues (if any).
  • Step 1: Download MyJio App and link it to your JioFiber account
  • Step 2: Select ‘Fiber’ in top menu
  • Step 3: Click on ‘JioCare’ on the bottom bar to go to Run Diagnostics
  • Step 4: Select a service and click on ‘Run Diagnostics’
