Here’s how to use Run Diagnostics to fix your JioFiber internet issues:
- Download the MyJio app and link it to your JioFiber account.
- Select Home from the top menu and tap 'JioCare' on the bottom bar to open the Run Diagnostics section.
- Tap Run Diagnostics to begin the automated check.
The app will scan your connection and show you the exact issue - slow speed, low signal, router offline, configuration error, or device overload.
It will also guide you with simple on-screen actions like restarting your router, checking cables, updating settings, or improving Wi-Fi coverage.
