How can I check if there is any problem with my Jio Fiber broadband internet?
The run diagnostics feature will help you analyze the health status of your JioFiber connection and provide you with simple troubleshooting steps to resolve issues if any.
  • Step 1: Download MyJio app and link it to your JioFiber account
  • Step 2: Select ‘Fiber’ in top menu
  • Step 3: Click on ‘JioCare’ on the bottom bar to go to Run Diagnostics
