What to do if my TV Screen connected to Jio Set-top Box is showing a blurred image or there is a colour mismatch?
Here are the steps to follow:
Alternative 1:
  • Unplug HDMI cable from the TV HDMI port
  • Now take a small brush and clean TV HDMI port
  • Reconnect HDMI cable to TV HDMI port (Try with different TV HDMI ports)
  • Check if the issue has been resolved, if not, try Alternative 2
Alternative 2:
  • Go to Settings
  • Select ‘Display & Audio Settings’
  • Select ‘HDR Settings’
  • Now, you will see three options displayed: Auto, On, Off. Turn off the HDR
  • Reboot the Set-top Box and check the picture clarity
