My Bluetooth device is not visible on the search list; what should I do?
If you are not able to see your bluetooth device on the search list, you can follow the below steps to resolve this issue:
  • Ensure that the Bluetooth device is within the range of your Jio Set-top Box
  • Check if the Bluetooth device has a battery and is switched-on.
    If you are unable to connect a Bluetooth device, unpair it by following the above steps and then try to pair it again.
Please note: Some Bluetooth devices are not designed for TV and may not be compatible. For more information, refer to the Bluetooth device manual
