How do I transfer my JioFiber connection to a new location if I am relocating?
Moving to your new home? You can easily transfer your JioFiber connection by submitting a relocation request online by visiting the JioFiber page on our website or through the MyJio app.
Below are the steps to check JioFiber availability at your new address and raise a relocation request using your preferred channel.
Through the Jio website (www.jio.com)
- Visit www.jio.com/fiber and click ‘Sign In’.
- Select JioFiber and log in using OTP verification.
- Click on ‘Settings’ (top-right corner), then select ‘Service Settings’ → ‘Relocate JioFiber’.
- Enter your new address and tap ‘Proceed’.
- You can either enter your address manually or use ‘Use My Current Location’.
- If JioFiber services are available at the new location, upload your Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA).
- Choose your preferred installation date and time, then submit your relocation request.
Through the MyJio App
- Log in to the MyJio app using your JioFiber number.
- Tap on "Home" and tap on the 'Profile' option at the top right corner.
- Tap on ‘Service Settings’, choose ‘Relocate Connection JioFiber’.
- Enter your new address and tap ‘Proceed’.
- You can either enter your address manually or use ‘Use My Current Location’ for automatic detection.
- If JioFiber is available at your new location, you’ll be prompted to upload the required documents.
- Upload your Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA).
- Select your preferred date and time for installation, then submit your Relocation Request.
Note:
- Once your documents are successfully validated, a Jio engineer will visit your new address at your preferred time.
- Please carry your existing JioFiber devices and accessories and hand them over to the engineer during installation to complete the setup.

Important points to remember while uploading documents:
- Upload clear images of both front and back sides of the document.
- Accepted file format: PDF only (file size must be less than 2 MB).
- Ensure the file is not password-protected.
- The name on the document must match the JioFiber account holder’s name.
