Can I recharge my JioFiber account on the MyJio app or Jio.com?

You can easily recharge your JioFiber account through the MyJio app or Jio.com in just a few simple steps.

Using Jio.com:
  • On the www.jio.com website, click on ‘Recharge’ at the top right corner and select ‘JioFiber’.
  • Enter your Service ID, Registered Mobile Number (RMN), or Jio Landline Number.
  • Click ‘Submit’.
  • Choose your preferred plan. To see more details, click ‘View Details’, then click ‘Buy’ to proceed.
  • Complete your payment securely online.
With that, you’ll receive a recharge confirmation SMS and email on your registered mobile number and email ID after the recharge is processed.

Using the MyJio App:
  • Open the MyJio app on your mobile device.
  • Log in with your JioFiber Service ID or Registered Mobile Number (RMN) and OTP.
  • Tap on ‘Recharge’.
  • Select your preferred plan. To view plan details, tap ‘View Details’, then tap ‘Buy’ to proceed.
  • Complete the payment through your preferred payment method.
You will receive a recharge confirmation SMS and email on your registered mobile number and email ID once the payment is successful.

Alternatively, you can directly visit the JioFiber Recharge page and recharge your JioFiber account.
