How do I link JioFiber to my existing Jio account in the MyJio app?

You can easily add your JioFiber connection to your existing MyJio account. This lets you manage all your Jio services - plans, bills, usage, and support - from a single login.
    Just follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the MyJio app using your existing Jio account credentials.
  2. On the home screen, tap on Profile Icon in the top right corner and select Linked Account
  3. Select ‘Link New Account’ and select ‘JioFiber’.
  4. Enter any one of the following linked to your JioFiber service:
    • Registered Mobile Number
    • JioFiber Service ID
    • JioFiber Landline Number
  5. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  6. Enter the OTP to verify. Your JioFiber account will be linked instantly.
Once linked, you can view your plans, track usage, raise service requests, update preferences, explore offers, and manage your JioFiber and JioFiberVoice services in one place.
