How can I change my profile details, such as Email ID, Registered Mobile Number, or Alternate Contact Number, for my JioFiber account?
You can easily update your Registered Mobile Number (RMN), Email ID, or Alternate Contact Number linked to your JioFiber account through the MyJio app.
Here’s how:
- Open the MyJio app and log in with your JioFiber Service ID or Registered Mobile Number.
- Complete OTP verification to access your account.
- Tap on "Home" and tap on the 'Profile' option at the top right corner.
- Go to Fiber Settings→ Personal Information → Profile.
- Tap on ‘Registered Mobile Number’ and enter your new mobile number to generate an OTP.
- Enter the OTP received on your new number and tap ‘Submit’.
To update your Email ID or Alternate Contact Number, follow the same steps above.
Tip: If you don’t have the MyJio app installed, you can download MyJio for free from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
